We got hit with two snow storms of the century here this past week!
And I’m proud to say I took a shovel and went out there to dig up some serious snow. The knee held up quite well.
I’m about 7 months post-op now.
How’s everyone doing?!

Hey,
I just started reading your blog as I had my ACL surgery last Thursday and have been recovering and rehabbing.
I tore my acl, both meniscus, and cartilage playing baseball in May 2010. I went with the autograft surgery using my patella tendon. I’m 25 years old and have hopes of getting into the police department where I live in New York City. Your blog has given me alot of gread advice/info. Keep up the great work.
